Background

Recently we released the feature that enables you to run CI steps within the context of a job.

As a follow up to that release, the team was asked to showcase the differences between components and steps

We want to gather feedback on one of the common ask that CI step can solve which is showing how to use step and components together to access local files that exist in your repository
