Regression in OpenTodoList 3.47.0's localization on macOS

I'm using the current OpenTodoList version 3.47.0 on macOS 13.6.4 Ventura and I've noticed there seems to be a regression in the application's localization: No matter if I select 'System Language' or 'French' or 'German' for the application language, there's now a mix of English and the chosen language in the GUI, to an extend not present in earlier versions.
